厳格な評価目標の達成を目指す

MDAやcDAPSA寛解など、より厳しい治療目標を達成した患者は、以下のアウトカムを経験する可能性が高いことが研究で示されている1,2

GRAPPAおよびOMERACTガイドラインでは、寛解または低疾患活動性を達成するための目標を設定し、定期的なモニタリングと評価を行うことが、PsAにおける患者の最適な転帰のために推奨されている。4,5
